Challenge
Site of the 1936 Texas Centennial, and home of the Cotton Bowl Stadium, Fair Park was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1986.
However, by 1998 it had no effective web presence or online communications strategy to convey Fair Park's assets and public activities.
Solution
Elettore was retained to develop and manage a parkwide website with calendar and a monthly e-newsletter. Elettore also introduced and managed social media platforms as they came online.
Result
Starting with 250 email addresses in 1998, today Fair Park's monthly e-newsletters have 14,000 subscribers. Fair Park's website receives as many as a half-million visitors annually.
Fair Park's Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts have a combined 38,000 followers and, together, made 14.1 million impressions in 2017.
